 Tony Renello MS LISAC has substantial leadership experience as well as experience with creating treatment centers with all levels of care from the ground up. Tony has extensive knowledge of achieving and maintaining the JCAHO seal of accreditation with the facilities he has managed. Tony has been working in the mental health field for over 13 years.


Starting his career as a floor support specialist he quickly realized this line of work was his passion and decided to learn as much as possible and enrolled at Capella University. Tony obtained a master’s degree in psychology with a focus on clinical and counseling psychology, which in turn holds a Licensed Independent Substance Abuse Counselor license through AZBBHE. Tony has held many different positions in this field ranging from Program Manager to Chief Clinical & Compliance Officer. Tony uses evidence-based practices to bring new innovative treatment methods to any agency he is a part of to create a successful fulfilling program. Tony is also the Vice President of the Arizona Board for Certification of Addiction Counselors since 2019.
